John used to live in the Philippines in the 80s. He is married to a Filipina and now lives in Hawaii. Yes! Hawaii. This is the place where everybody wants to retire. But why did John invests at Paradise Village in Northern Samar? Hawaii is very expensive and overcrowded. Moreover, only millionaires can afford to buy a beach front property. Northern Samar has an area of 3500 square kilometers populated by half million people only. Investment for land and beach front property is very affordable. John is not an executive. He is just like you and me, an ordinary employee. If John can afford Paradise Village, so should you. John comes home at Paradise Village twice a year. But he will retire there soon.
