The governor has been in the USA for quite sometimes. Thus, he knows the culture and the people of that country. Being the highest official of the province promoting the place to attract Americans and westerners is intricately blended in his agenda.
The governor and his administration strongly support and push tourism. The balance of economic progress through tourism and the conservation of the environment are meticulously considered. This should be the model for the whole country to pursue. Progress at all cost ( as what happen in China) is a disaster lurking at the corner. The governor takes into account the preservation of culture, ecological balance and economic progress in order to achieve improvement not only to the province but to its people, the investors, visitors, and most of all the environment. Economic development and improvement to the environment is the best combination.
