The roof is made of Anahaw leaves, the national leaf of the Philippine (see sample, dried stack of leaves at lower left). This roof will last for 20 years before replacement. The windows are made of glass, siding is made of bamboo and rattan, kitchen and bath are made of concrete with modern amenities. We can custom-made your house according to your specifications. We can make your house with native design and materials or with the most modern house (see the White House at Paradise Villlage). Or you just buy the land and build the house yourself.
