We are an environmentally concerned people and our mission for the development of Northern Samar is to promote the province as the last virgin paradise waiting to be explored and inhabited by baby boomers who longed for clean and unexploited environment. We cater to individuals who are retiring or who want to retire early, to get away from pollution in big cities like New York. Individuals who want to live in a place less exploited by civilization; where the birds still co-exist freely with people, where the sea is pristine- free of garbage and trash, where the sky is blue- free from the smokes of industries, where the air is clean- free from carbon monoxide, dust, and asthma causing gases commonly found in urban areas, where people live longer without medical maintenance, where the sea abounds with fish and marine life- compared to other places that the sea ecology has been destroyed due to human population and pollution from manufacturing industries. Mr. Chris Bech is the owner of CHRIS BECH REALTY, INC. He is a Norwegian who is married to a Filipina. He used to export Philippine furniture to Europe and the USA. He had been in the Philippines since the 80's and loved the country that he decided to settle here and married a local. He is now semi retire but he spends his energy to help the people in Northern Samar improve their lives and give them employment by doing business as property developer in Northern Samar. He is not into profit very much. He just want to maintain the employment of his people and to do this, he has to sell low so more investor will come and invest in Northern Samar.
